A house located on the outskirts of Mortague, a medium size town in central Portugal (5km), not far from the highest mountain in the country off the N234 with good motorway connections to airports and the coast.

The house has 3 bedrooms with expansion to the ground floor and 3 more large rooms. Bought about 10 years ago the first floor is fully liveable with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with an en-suite toilet being constructed also for the main bedroom. The house is connected to mains electricity and mains water, has connections for land line, internet and has a TV 1.5 meter satellite dish which it is possible to receive English UK programs, it has also been rewired throughout with a modern breaker board.

The eventual aim was to change the main door to enter the ground floor with the 3 large rooms and the internal one used to access the upstairs bedroom.

GROUND FLOOR
The floors are done in two of the three rooms and the ceilings in two need plaster board ceiling which leaves the main room which has been levelled but not cemented.

Cost of doing yourself €1000, having it done by the English guy who helps for €8 an hour maybe doubles that cost. It all depends on what you want to do downstairs.
